A Little Bit of Shopping
A few things that caught my attention recently
I’ll tell you honestly that summertime is peak uniform season for me. And by that, I mean I have a formula: athletic skort + one of those $8 ribbed tank tops from Target + a pair of J Crew flip-flops. Almost 90% of the time, you’ll find me puttering around in some version of that getup and I’ve had some good luck securing a few new things recently that will fill that line-up nicely. These crinkle waist shorts from Old Navy have slipped nicely into the rotation.
But I’ve also been poking around for some goodies that fall well outside the uniform guidelines. I’ve been really loving all the rainbow brite colors and stripes that I’m seeing around, and July in general feels like a good time to wear shades of red, white, and blue all month long. I thought it might be fun to put together a little round up of the things that are catching my eye lately.

Lands End Finds for July // A classic brand with that feels so Americana coded right now. I just read that Lands End began as a manufacturer supplying yachting goods to Chicago and doesn’t that feel so on brand?
